Ford F-250 · Right-hand-drive dashboard
01A dashboard conversion brings packaging, reinforcement and component behaviour into the same engineering problem. This project considered additional support structures as part of a right-hand-drive conversion.
The published study used ANSYS finite element analysis to investigate heat distribution and temperature effects in the dashboard parts.
Dromeas Yachts · Internal piping design
02Inside a yacht, pipework has to share limited space with the vessel’s structure and equipment. This project brought freshwater, fuel and bilge systems into a coordinated three-dimensional layout.
SolidWorks Routing was used to model the networks, integrate standard fittings, clamps and hose connections, and check routes for collisions within the vessel.
A mounting bracket sees repeated loading throughout its working life. This study examined fatigue behaviour to help understand the risk of premature failure.
Using ANSYS, the project estimated cycles to failure through fatigue analysis. The focus was the relationship between cyclic loading, component stresses and predicted durability.

Yes. A physical sample can be a starting point for scanning and reverse engineering. Send photos, approximate dimensions and the intended use first. The geometry, surface condition and access help determine the capture and modelling approach.
No. A scan typically describes the measured surface as mesh data. Creating an editable CAD model is a separate reconstruction task. Tell us whether you need to inspect a shape, modify a design or manufacture a component so the deliverable matches the next step.
The agreed question, geometry, materials, loading, boundary conditions and modelling assumptions should be clear, along with the results and their interpretation. The reporting scope is agreed before the study. Colour plots are useful, but the context is what makes them useful for a design decision.
Simulation can guide design choices and help plan validation. Whether it is sufficient depends on the application, confidence in the inputs and the relevant acceptance requirements. Where physical testing or independent evidence is needed, that should be identified when the scope is defined.
Existing files are a useful starting point. Include the software or file format, revision and what you want changed or assessed. We will confirm compatibility, the level of detail needed and the format of the final deliverables.
Geometry complexity, available inputs, access to the part, the number of design iterations or analysis cases, and the required documentation all affect the scope. Share your deadline and intended output with the initial enquiry so the work can be defined around them.
