Complex vehicle modifications in Queensland require inspection and certification under an applicable approved modification code. Aries Tech can assess your proposed modifications, identify the certification pathway and supporting evidence, and inspect eligible work within our Approved Person authorisation.

Tell us your vehicle details and planned modifications so we can confirm the applicable requirements and whether the work falls within our current authorised scope.
- Engine, transmission and driveline changes
- Non-lift suspension changes, steering and braking changes (no lift or levelling kits)
- Seating, restraints and vehicle body changes
- Chassis changes and proposed mass-rating changes
Requirements differ for light and heavy vehicles. Not every modification needs a mod plate: compliant minor or basic modifications may not require Approved Person certification, while specific modifications may require TMR approval.
