Why does a certification project need testing?
Testing closes a defined evidence gap when the available records do not establish the required performance for the proposed vehicle or component. Start with the approval requirement and configuration so the test answers the question the submission needs to resolve.
Who is it for?
Manufacturers, workshops, component businesses and vehicle approval applicants who need a defined test or a coordinated evidence program. Bring existing reports and vehicle specifications so the scope addresses the actual missing evidence.
What Aries Tech delivers
We establish the evidence question, prepare the agreed test scope, organise the required equipment or suitable facility, coordinate the configuration and records, and incorporate the resulting evidence into the approval package. Any facility approval requirements are checked for the particular test.
Plan before you commission a test
The required standard, specimen identification, acceptance criteria and report coverage need to align. A result from another configuration is reviewed for relevance before it is relied on in a submission.
Your project, managed through submission
We establish the scope, organise the engineering and external inputs, create the documents and submit under your authority. We manage the agreed technical responses through assessment.
Common questions
Do you organise testing as part of a VTA or Model Report?
Yes. Testing and the associated documentation are organised within the agreed certification project scope.
Does every application need a new test?
No. We review the available evidence and identify what remains necessary for the proposed configuration and approval scope.
