Tell us the intended use, available drawings or parts, approximate dimensions and the decision you need to make. We agree the required files, assumptions and review points before detailed work begins. Unknown inputs are recorded so they can be resolved without silently expanding the job.

Can you work from a physical part?
A physical part may be a suitable starting point for scanning or reverse engineering. Access, surface condition, size and required accuracy affect the proposed method.
Can FEA certify a design by itself?
FEA is an analysis method. Its usefulness depends on the model, assumptions, input data and acceptance criteria. Some projects also require inspection, testing or other evidence.
